Terms of Use
By downloading or using SpadeIDE (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. SpadeIDE is an independently developed app (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at [email protected].
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms. The host agent and optional self-hosted rendezvous are separate software you install on machines you control.
Subscriptions and purchases
Optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly / yearly) unlock Pro features — remote access and unlimited paired hosts. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Prices are shown in the App via StoreKit and may vary by region. Unused free trial or introductory offer periods (if offered) are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your machines
You are solely responsible for hosts you pair, credentials and keys those hosts hold, and actions you take through the App (including editing files and opening a shell). Use of the App with production systems is at your own risk. A paired device receives a login shell as the user the agent runs as — treat pairing as the security boundary.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP OR INTERACTION WITH YOUR HOSTS, FILES, OR NETWORKS.
Acceptable use
Do not use the App to violate law, abuse third-party systems, or circumvent App Store purchase mechanisms. Do not use our hosted introducer to attack others or to overload the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
